Trust me, I'm (going to be) a Vet

According to http://www.med-ed.virginia.edu/specialties/Home.cfm, if i were to do Medicine this would me my "Suited" specialtly. Where do i have to sign for Aerospace med? Can someone tell me if theres even such branch? Only in America you say? By jove you're right!
